Bala MS is having two decades of experience in the IT industry; and worked with multiple MNCs including Citibank, Polaris, Dun & Bradstreet USA, and TransUnion USA as CISO. Bala MS was a founder and Director of HigherOne India NYSE listed financial service company, Founder and Managing Director of Blackboard.

He is a successful transformational leader in building technology and product engineering centres for BPM/ KPOs in India for global organizations.

Mohandoss

Mohan is the Founder and CEO of CompassMet consulting. CompassMet has worked on strategy / digital strategy, business domain programs, sales enablement, and leadership programs for IT product & services firms and GCCs.

Mohan had 33 years of corporate experience before starting his firm. He has spent nearly 21 years in sales & marketing in IT products & services firms. Most of his experience in sales was with Sun Microsystems, where he was mainly responsible for multiple Industry P & L for Asian markets. He spent the last 12 years of his corporate career with Fidelity Investments, where he played many leadership roles both in the GCC and corporate. Mohan holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master’s degree in Business Administration. He regularly delivers CRM, Knowledge Management, General Management, Marketing, and Finance sessions at various management institutes. He is also a sought-after speaker at many conferences on topics like digital, leadership, and industry domains. He was an executive member of NASSCOM GCC Council and NASSCOM Sector Skills Group.

His career at Tata Consultancy Services equipped him with skills in business and consumer insights, successfully managing and transitioning key projects.

In his role as Director at Nasscom, Ram’s profound knowledge and expertise shine through as he guides and mentors incubating startups, providing strategic insights, execution plans, and facilitating crucial funding connections. Beyond startups, Ram played a pivotal role in the Tech & GCC Community, supporting the growth of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and enabling the establishment of new GCCs in various states. His contributions extend to driving business impact for parent organizations, defining and implementing strategies for the incubation, growth, and maturity of these centers.

A proud alumnus of PSG College of Technology, Ram holds an Engineering degree and an MBA in Operations Management, showcasing a holistic approach to leadership and business strategy.

Karthik Swaminathan 

Karthi is a passionate product and platform engineering leader with over 20 years of experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS products in India and the US. Karthi has held various technical and management positions where he has built and scaled world-class engineering teams to deliver customer-centric products and services. Karthi is currently leading Tact.ai’s India office to scale its human-friendly, AI-powered customer engagement platform. Prior to Tact.ai, he held site leadership roles at athenahealth India and CollabNet India offices where he has led significant organizational transformation initiatives to deliver innovative products. Prior to that, he worked at various software product companies and system integrators where he led custom product development, large enterprise product implementations and integration projects for major customers across a variety of industries.

Karthi holds an Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics from PSG College of Technology, India and a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration. Karthi is a regular speaker and contributor to regional events and technical forums. He holds Board of Director roles at companies. He is equally keen to help the community and dedicates time and effort to supporting non-profit organizations. He leads a non-profit trust focused on uplifting the education of underprivileged school children

Nick applies Boundaryless Thinking (BLT) techniques to complement his consulting experience gained from over 100 client engagements across many industries.

He has held leadership positions in global consulting and system integrators. He has advised several clients in their outsourcing and Capability strategies. He is the co-founder of Resonvate and helps several global and local organizations in their strategy and innovation agendas.
